§1. Introduction
Buyme! is an internet application that makes it easier for users to create shopping lists.
In order to use BuyMe !, you must create an account, which entails automatically accepting the terms and conditions of the following terms and providing data necessary in the registration process, such as an email address. After completing the account registration process, the regulations become a contract between BuyMe! and user.

§2. Definitions

Website - website maintained at https://buyme-shopping.com
User - registered person, that is, having his account at BuyMe!
UserID - unique user ID in the BuyMe!
Administrators - persons responsible for solving issues reported by users. Administrators have a control function and make sure that the users of the website comply with the provisions of these regulations. The main tasks of Administrators include answering users' questions and moderating content on the site.

§3. General provisions
The Site is strictly prohibited to place:

pornographic materials;

materials that break copyright law;

materials promoting fascism;

materials that call for violence and hatred;

materials promoting drug use;

files infected with viruses,

as well as other materials inconsistent with Polish law.

In the event of a violation of the above point of the Regulations by the Administrators or for reporting from Users, the Administrator will remove materials that break the regulations and will inform the User about the violation of the Regulations. In cases of gross violation of these regulations or repeated breaks in the Regulations, the User's account will be blocked or deleted. If the action of the User violating the above point of the Regulations is persistent and purposeful, the User's account will be deleted and the materials transferred to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
It is forbidden to copy, use and distribute content posted on the Website. In particular, it is prohibited to copy graphic elements.
It is forbidden to use the Website for commercial purposes, in particular sending advertising offers through a private message system or forum. In case of detection of violations of this point of the Regulations, the owner of the Website has the right to compensation for lost profits.
It is forbidden to use the functionality of the Website for flooding, ie repeated sending of messages in very short intervals of time; it applies to all forms of text communication and is manifested in multiple repetitions of punctuation, letters, numbers, emoticons, etc .;
creating and sending links for the material benefit of the dispatcher;
creating and sending links, aimed at extorting the password of access to another User's account or other action to the disadvantage of clicking on the link;
use of bots, i.e. scripts or machines imitating human behavior (in this case the User), thus generating high traffic.
Access to the User's account is protected by a password. The website is not liable for damages caused as a result of improper password protection, in particular making it available to third parties.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, Polish law applies.

§4 The BuyMe application rights!
The website is not responsible for any losses incurred while using the website.
The User agrees that the Website may use his personal data and information collected on his account for statistical and marketing purposes.
Administrators have the right to verify all content posted on the Website by Users. In the event of the User breaking the provisions of these Regulations, the Administrators have the right to delete the content.
The Website reserves the right to send Users commercial information through the communication channels of the Website.
The Website reserves the right to use the e-mail address provided by the User to communicate with the User in order to verify the User's account status as well as in other matters related to the functioning of the Website.
The user who found the error or incorrect operation of the website is obliged to immediately inform the Service Administration about this fact.

§5. Copyright law
The User declares that all materials sent by him and posted on the website do not violate the copyrights or other rights of third parties and may be used in the website in accordance with the Regulations and the rules of the website. The User ensures that he has obtained the consent of third parties indicated in the submitted materials for their publication on the Website and use by the Website in accordance with these Regulations and the rules of the Website.
The Website has the right to verify the above statements, in particular by requesting the User to present the confirmation of the rights held and third party approvals received.
The Website has the right to delete materials submitted by the User contrary to the law, site regulations or the rules of this site.
In the event of any claims against the service by third parties for violation of the law, caused by publishing materials sent by the User, the User, who published such materials on the website, is entirely liable.

§6. User Data
Personal data provided by Users during the registration process and subsequent completion of the profile are protected by the Website. The Website does not share Users' personal data with third parties.
Users' personal data is stored and administered in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997. on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 101 item 926) and according to GIODO guidelines.
It is assumed that the data provided by the User during the registration process is true. In the event of problems related to the access password, the Website reserves the right to verify the User through the data provided during registration on the Website.

§7. Security at BuyMe!
Login to the Website is only available at https//buyme-shopping.com/login. The Website warns that before each login to the Website, check the correctness of the domain from which the login takes place.
The password is a security against access of third parties to the User's account. In order to protect against possible hacking attempts, the User should not use words or information related to the account in the password. For security purposes, the password should contain both letters and numbers. If the User logs in to the Website using a third party computer, he should not save the password to access the Website.
To increase account security, the User should log out after using the Website.
The Website communicates with the User through the private message system or information posted on the Website's start page. Messages sent by the website to the User are always marked in the sender's field as tester2018kow. If the User is unsure about the authenticity of the received message, it is recommended that he confirm the received information by contacting the Administrator.
As part of the service, Users can purchase various types of paid services. Services payable in points are carried out only at https//tanszezakupy.pl/. The Website warns against the purchase of any service related to the website at an address other than https//buyme-shopping.com/. The website is not responsible for transactions concluded outside the address https://buyme-shopping.com.

§8. Cookies
Cookies are text files that are stored on the disk of the user's end device, used by the server to recognize the user's device when reconnecting. Cookies are downloaded at every "entry" and "exit" from the website. Cookies are not used to determine the identity of users but only their devices.
Buyme! uses cookie files to recognize and remember information about users. It allows to more precisely recognize the individual needs of the user and thus offer him better and more tailored services.
Cookies are used by BuyMe! also for the purposes of - statistical - which allows the creation, for internal purposes and contractors, of service statistics and visits of users, - presentation of advertisements on websites - in particular for determining the content of advertisements displayed on a given end device.
Each user may refuse to place cookies on their end device. To do this, use the option of disabling the download and storage of cookies in your web browser.
Deleting cookies may lead to the loss of the use of some of the website's functionalities.

Using the Website is tantamount to acceptance of all provisions of these Regulations.
